Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders received before 12pm EST will be processed on the same day.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except for US national holidays.
- Orders with address info in non-English letters or characters might not be able to process.
- Orders with PO Box addresses might not be able to process for shipment.
- Phone number is strongly recommended for order shipment and delivery purposes.
International Shipping
- All available shipping methods will be shown at checkout.
- Free Economy Shipping on orders over $40 to most countries, unless other shipping methods are selected during checkout.
- Persona 5 Royal™ collection sells worldwide except to Japan.
- We are currently unable to deliver P5R collection to Switzerland, Russia, Mexico, Chile, Columbia, Peru, and South Africa.
- We are currently unable to deliver P5R makeup collection to these post code areas in Spain: 07000-07999, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999.
- Consignee's ID info is required for shipments to Taiwan.
- Recipients' ID info is NOT required for shipments to Mainland China.
- Shipments of products from Persona 5 Royal™ collection will include custom duty (Products will be delivered directly to your door).
- Shipments of products other than Persona 5 Royal™ collection will not include custom duty (Game Beauty does not process custom clearance).
- Game Beauty is not responsible for order delays due to custom duty issues for products other than Persona 5 Royal™ collection.
- Game Beauty is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to wrong shipping addresses. Please try to use English letters when entering your shipping address at checkout.
- Game Beauty strictly follows international shipping regulations. Deliverable destinations might be subject to change based on custom rules and flight capacity at the time of shipment processing. Full refund of order amount will be issued to customers in case destination country/region becomes undeliverable at time of shipment processing.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is ready for shipment, you will received an confirmation email with tracking info.
- Order and shipping confirmation notifications cannot be delivered to email addresses with suffix such as @icloud.com or @mac.com due to Apple's security setting. Should you accidently used such emails during checkout, please leave your alternative email address in our chat window / Shopify Inbox. We'll add it to your profile and resend notification to your updated email address.
