Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed within 48 hours.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except for US national holidays.
  • Orders with address info in non-English letters or characters might not be able to be processed.
  • Orders with PO Box addresses might not be able to process for shipment.
  • Phone number is strongly recommended for order shipment and delivery purposes.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipping has been processed.


Domestic and International Shipping

  • Free Economy Shipping on orders over $60 to US, and $120 for other countries and regions.
  • We currently deliver to the following countries and regions:

  • For countries and regions not listed above, customer will need to process custom clearance when receiving packages.
  • Attack on Titan collection ONLY ship to the following regions with no exception: USA, Canada, Mexico, EU, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Ireland.
  • We are currently unable to deliver licensing makeup collection and false lashes to these post code areas in Spain: 07000-07999, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999.
  • Custom fee will incur for shipments to Brazil for orders of $50 and above.
  • Domestic (US) orders will be shipped from our US location.
  • At times when certain products are out of stock in our US warehouse, orders with such products will be fully or partially fulfilled by our oversea warehouse.
  • The Anime Eyes vegan false lashes, and Eyeshadow Brushes E01-E05 are shipped from our oversea warehouse only.
  • Game Beauty is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to mistakes and errors in shipping addresses provided by customers. Please try to use Arabic numbers and English letters when entering your shipping info at checkout.
  • Game Beauty strictly follows international shipping regulations. Deliverable destinations might be subject to change based on custom rules and flight capacity at the time of shipment processing. Full refund of order amount will be issued to customers in case destination country/region becomes undeliverable at time of shipment processing.
  • If there is no shipping update for 8 weeks, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
  • This shipping policy only applies to customer orders. For PR, affiliation, sample requests, or B2B orders, this shipping policy does not apply.
  • Passport Shipping will be processed on Mondays and Thursdays.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is ready for shipment, you will received an confirmation email with tracking info.
  • Order and shipping confirmation notifications cannot be delivered to email addresses with suffix such as @icloud.com, @mac.com, @me.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com or @naver.com due to mail server security settings. Should you accidently used such emails during checkout, please leave your alternative email address in our chat window / Shopify Inbox. We'll add it to your profile and resend notification to your updated email address.
